I Can’t Cancel My Toluna Membership After Submitting Personal Info
I recently registered on Toluna and was asked to fill out a lot of personal information. I completed everything they requested, including highly sensitive details. But as I started researching the site further, I came across concerning user reviews and grew suspicious about how safe or trustworthy the platform really is. So I immediately tried to cancel my membership and remove my data.
To my frustration, when I reached the account deletion step, the "submit" button wouldn't work. No matter what I did, the site wouldn’t let me finalize the cancellation. I find this extremely suspicious and unacceptable—especially after handing over all my personal data.
Let me make this clear: if any unauthorized activity is conducted in my name or using my data, I will hold Toluna and its administrators fully responsible. I have no connection to any such actions, and I demand immediate assistance to ensure my account is deleted and all data removed from your system. This experience has severely damaged my trust, and I expect Toluna to address this immediately before I escalate the matter further.
