Listen, Toluna, this is unacceptable. You let me start a survey, but then, midway through, it crashes or gives an error, causing the survey to close completely. This happens over and over again, and it’s beyond frustrating.
I feel like my time is being completely wasted. I put in the effort, answer all the questions, and just when I’m about to complete the survey—boom, it shuts down. This makes me think Toluna is just playing games with its users.
I don’t want to receive any more survey invitations or links if this issue isn’t fixed. If this keeps happening, I will take legal action. Toluna, resolve this immediately! Has anyone else had this issue?
