TOD Tv Won't Let Me Watch Games and Doesn't Recognize My Purchase

I bought something recently but can't use it the way it was meant to be used. I finished the buy, but I still can't watch any games. The verification code still gets sent to me even though the number says it's already in use when I try to use it. The app also doesn't seem to know that I've already bought something, which is annoying. I've tried several times to fix this problem but haven't been able to. I will have to make a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee if this problem isn't fixed soon. I just want to use the goods I paid for, so I hope this problem is fixed quickly.
