Epic Games Purchases Not Reflecting in Library Despite Payment

I recently purchased games through Epic Games, but none of them are appearing in my library. The payment has been deducted from my bank account, yet the games still show in my cart and are not visible under completed transactions on Epic Games. This issue has occurred twice now, leaving me both frustrated and confused.
When I try to repurchase the games, the app gives an error, making it impossible to proceed. Despite the payment being successfully processed, I have no access to the purchased games.
I expect Epic Games to resolve this issue immediately, either delivering the games I paid for or refunding my money. This level of service is unacceptable. Please address this problem urgently.
