I purchased a code from the Play Store, but it is not appearing in my account. This has never happened before, and I don’t understand why I am facing this issue now.

I have attached screenshots as proof, showing that the code should be available, yet I cannot access it. If this problem is not resolved soon, I will be forced to take legal action, as this situation is completely unacceptable.
