On July 19, I made a purchase worth ₺550 for a Valorant game code, and to my shock, the code I received was already used. I didn’t expect such an issue from what I assumed was a legitimate purchase. I either want a full refund or a new, valid code sent to me immediately.
I did some digging and realized that I’m not the only one experiencing this problem—others have reported the same thing. This clearly shows there’s a larger issue at hand, and yet nothing seems to be done about it. Why is your system sending out already-redeemed codes?
I contacted support but haven’t received any resolution so far. I’m asking you to step up and take accountability. I paid real money for something I can’t even use. This is completely unacceptable. Either send me a new, unused Valorant code or return my ₺550. Do the right thing—fix this.
