TOD Tv Removed My Paid Package and I Cannot Reach Customer Support

Dear TOD Tv Customer Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with my membership. The package I purchased on August 9, 2024, is no longer visible as of February 15, 2025. I have tried to resolve this problem through your online support system, but it has been unsuccessful, and I have been unable to reach a customer representative. This is frustrating, especially since my payment was processed without any issues, yet I cannot access the service I paid for. I kindly request that my package be reinstated or that I receive a full refund for my purchase.
