I Paid for Sports Extra on the TOD App, But Still I Haven't Had Any Access
On August 25, 2024, I made a payment for the Sports Extra monthly package using Google Pay on the TOD mobile app, but I have yet to receive any service. The payment was successfully processed, but what about the package? Nowhere in sight. It's extremely annoying to be charged and then not receive what you paid for. Seriously, activating a digital package after payment should be a piece of cake, right? I've made several attempts to access the content, but it remains inaccessible. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I anticipate a higher level of service, particularly when my financial resources are at stake. Could someone kindly help me resolve this matter?
