Incorrect Renewal Dates For Tod TV Subscription

On May 26, 2024, I received a message from Tod TV about a fixed-price guarantee for the entire 2024-2025 Trendyol Süper Lig season. However, problems arose after that. I renewed my subscription, but the end date was listed as August 4, 2024, for the 2023-2024 season. After renewing, the subscription end date changed to May 23, 2025.
The seasonal package I purchased is set to expire before the season ends, with the package now scheduled to end on August 4, 2025, which is much earlier than expected. Additionally, I cannot reach customer service; the automated system logs me out after my call.
I am very frustrated with this situation and hope for a prompt resolution. Thank you.
