My Tod TV Package Renewed Early, Lost 2 Months of Subscription
I extended my Tod TV package on May 30, 2024, by following a link that was sent to me, even though it was initially scheduled to end in August 2024. Nevertheless, the system has now extended my expiration date to May 29, 2025. In regular situations, the renewal would have commenced from the initial expiration date.
Unfortunately, I've lost two months of my subscription as a result. I've been attempting to get in touch with customer service, but it seems impossible to get a hold of them or locate someone to assist with this matter. I would like to be reimbursed for the period of time during which I was unable to access my subscription.
Regrettably, contacting Tod TV through conventional means is not possible. It is of utmost importance that someone reaches out to me promptly regarding this issue. I would like to address the issue of the subscription cost for the months that were missed and find a solution to this problem.
