Tod TV Login Problem - Account Inaccessible After Sports Package Purchase

On 23 November 2025, at around 16:15, I created an account on Tod TV by purchasing the sports package and watched the first half of the Beşiktaş–Samsunspor match without any issues. After the first half, I attempted to carry out some actions through the application, but after this process I was no longer able to access my account. Despite trying the ‘Forgot my account/Forgot my password’ option multiple times, I have been unable to regain access in any way. I am certain that I did not enter my email address or phone number incorrectly, and I tried numerous combinations as well as multiple login and password-reset attempts, but none of them worked. After experiencing this problem, I contacted the Tod TV team via X, and I am still waiting for a response. I was unable to watch the remainder of the match and therefore could not fully use the service I paid for. I request an official and clear explanation from Tod TV regarding this access issue, and I ask that my refund request—concerning the portion of the service I was unable to use for this specific match—be evaluated.
