TOD Tv Blocked My Access to Match Broadcasts Despite Active Membership

I am unable to watch the match broadcasts even though my membership, associated with my customer number, has not expired. Whenever I try to access the match broadcasts, I receive the error message "You are not authorized for this channel." The company does not provide a live support service, nor is there a phone number to contact customer service. I have already paid for my subscription to TOD Tv, and it is unacceptable that I cannot use the service I paid for. I also sent an email to their support team but have not received any response or updates. This situation is causing significant inconvenience, especially since I subscribed specifically to watch live matches. I request that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible. If the problem is not addressed, I will pursue my rights by filing a lawsuit through official channels.
