Tod TV Customer Service Is Not Helpful
Today, while watching a broadcast on my Smart TV with my Tod Sports Package subscription, my stream was cut off three times within 20 minutes with the claim that “someone else was using my subscription.” The phone number linked to my subscription is 0534**88001. I have never experienced this issue before; it only happened today. I could not reach customer service by phone, and when I tried to contact them in writing, I was kept waiting for a long time and the conversation was ended. I made my payment online without any problems. I request that the security of my subscription be ensured and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent such interruptions from happening again.
