When I purchased a TOD TV subscription, I expressed concerns about streaming quality and connectivity issues. The customer representative assured me over the phone that I could cancel anytime if dissatisfied and would receive a refund for the remaining months. I primarily watch matches and live broadcasts via a projector, but the live stream quality is extremely poor, making it unwatchable. Despite this, I purchased an annual package based on the assurance given. I am now dissatisfied and want to cancel my subscription immediately.
TOD TV, stop making this process difficult. Honor your promise and cancel my subscription without further delay. This experience has been nothing but frustrating.
