Tod TV Full Package Not Working Despite Activation on My iPhone 11

I purchased the Full Package through the Tod TV website, but even though my package is active, I have not been able to use the service for four hours. I keep receiving a notification that I need to register my phone, but when I try to complete the registration, I get an error message saying, “Phone number is already in use, please enter another phone number.” Because of this, I cannot use the package. The device I am using is an iPhone 11. I made the purchase with a credit card, and my customer order number is 24729***. The issue continues without resolution, and I tried contacting customer service but could not reach them. I request that my package be activated and that my phone number be properly registered to the email address linked to my active membership. I kindly ask for my problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
