I Lost Audio Mid-Race on My Tod Türkiye F1 Package and Got No Support
I currently have an active F1 subscription package through Tod Türkiye, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and lack of customer support. On March 23, 2025, during the live Formula 1 race, the audio completely cut out around the 30th lap and never came back.
I contacted customer service through the app, and they gave me the number 0212 473 73 73 to call. When I did, I couldn’t reach a single representative. Instead, I was greeted with generic, unhelpful messages like “check your internet connection” and “verify your package details.” None of these addressed the actual issue, and I was never connected to a real person to help resolve it.
This isn’t even the first time—I had a similar issue during last week’s race, where the stream kicked me out completely.
