Toca Life World Items Disappearing on Honor Pad

On my Honor Pad 8X, the items inside my house in the Toca Boca app suddenly disappeared. In addition, the weekly Friday gift items are also gone. I did not experience any issues with the Kuromi pack that I purchased; only the items in my house and my Friday gifts have vanished. This problem first occurred yesterday. My device and the app were connected to the internet, I did not make any changes, and I have not contacted customer support yet.

I am requesting that all of my missing house items and Friday gift rewards be restored to my account.
