Toca Boca Deleted My Home Items – I Want a Response

I logged into Toca Boca to record a video, but when I entered my home, all my items were gone! This is extremely frustrating because I just built my house yesterday, and now everything has disappeared.

I spent a lot of time designing my home, and I can’t simply start over from scratch. Why did this happen? Was there a bug, or was my progress erased? I need an immediate explanation and a solution.

If I don’t receive a response, I will contact Toca Boca directly. Toca Boca, fix this issue now! Has anyone else experienced this? I need my home restored!
