Toca Boca Charged Me Without Purchase—I Want a Full Refund Now

I'm seriously disappointed with Toca Boca. I made a single purchase for a game that clearly cost ₺20, but somehow, ₺200 was withdrawn from my account. I never approved or bought anything that would justify this extra charge. It's unacceptable that my account was charged twice—once correctly and once without any valid reason.

I demand that the ₺200 be refunded to my account immediately. I have not received any additional content or game in exchange for the extra money, and I feel like I've been scammed. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

Toca Boca, please take accountability and stop charging users without consent. This is not the kind of experience I expected from a trusted brand.
