How to Get a Refund for Unauthorized Toca Boca Purchase

On October 13, 2025, at 3:47 PM, the game Toca Boca World London was purchased through Google Play on my spouse’s Oppa A60 phone by our 7-year-old daughter without our knowledge or consent. The amount—approximately 209 USD—was automatically charged to our QNB Finansbank Trendyol card without any approval request or notification.

As soon as my spouse noticed the issue, we contacted Google Play customer support. We received the response, “We are reviewing your refund request,” and we are still waiting for an update. We also contacted our bank, and they informed us that they would submit a dispute request. This is the first time we have experienced such a situation.

The purchase occurred automatically using the card saved on our Google Play account, and the order number is GPA.3380-9053-5483-24810. The game has since been removed from the device.

I request that this issue be resolved urgently and that the charged amount be refunded to us. This is a significant expense that we are unable to pay, and the purchase was made entirely without our knowledge.
