Toca Boca App Crash Wipes Custom Designs

I am writing to report an issue I experienced on my iPad with the Toca Life World app. Today, after the app suddenly closed, all of my custom decorations in the 30 houses I purchased were reset. My furniture was not deleted, but the interiors of all my houses reverted back to their default state. This problem happened to me once before, and having it occur again has caused significant inconvenience. I have not tried any solutions yet, and I have not contacted customer support. The constant resetting of the layouts in the houses I paid for results in both wasted time and dissatisfaction.

I request a permanent solution to this issue and ask that my houses no longer reset in the future.
