The game Viking Rise: Valhalla on Google Play has caused me serious problems. My younger brother made multiple purchases of diamond-like in-game packs without my knowledge. No password, PIN, or additional verification was required for these transactions, which allowed the purchases to go through far too easily.
As a result, I was charged around ₺2,500 for in-game items I never approved. This was entirely unauthorized, and I should not be held responsible for purchases made without my consent. I already attempted to request a refund, but my request was denied, which is unacceptable.
I demand the immediate refund of the ₺2,500 in unauthorized charges. It is also alarming that such purchases can be made so easily without any parental controls or verification prompts. There must be stronger safeguards in place to prevent accidental or unauthorized spending by children.
I am requesting urgent support to reverse these charges and restore fairness. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint further.
