Tissot Watch Discolaration Problem Unresolved
My Tissot watch was sent to an authorized service center a month ago due to discoloration, but it has still not been returned. Despite calling twice and waiting for 28 minutes each time, I was unable to reach anyone. When I inquired at the store, they informed me that it still hasn't arrived. Although the service receipt states a 20-day turnaround, it has now been 28 days.

The service receipt states 20 business days, but today it has been exactly 28 days, and there is still no news. I can't reach anyone.
