My Tissot Watch Return Rejected

I purchased approximately three Tissot watches from Konyalı Saat at Tuzla Marina. However, within a month, I wanted to exchange one that I hadn't even worn because I wasn't satisfied with it. When I visited the Konyalı Saat store at the Marina, an employee named Teoman (I don't recall his full name) arrogantly replied without even getting up, claiming "you've used the watch." He's accusing me of using a watch I haven't worn.
As a newly opened Konyalı Saat branch, instead of satisfying customers, they're not standing behind their products as a corporate company and are driving customers away. I'm complaining about this gentleman who's been appointed as a manager. I didn't use my watch. While they display good behavior during the sale, they don't stand behind their product afterward.
I'm also complaining about the gentleman working there. When I said "I'll file a complaint about you," he arrogantly gave his full name. Who gives him this authority? I'll never buy a watch from there again. They sold me a watch they had on display and then treated me as if I had scratched it myself. I'll pursue this matter all the way to Consumer Rights if necessary. I'm not after the watch itself, but I really disliked the arrogant attitude. I want all senior officials to know; I'm complaining about this gentleman who works at Konyalı Saat in the marina.
