Rolex Delayed My Watch Orders for 3 Years – Unacceptable Experience
In 2021, I ordered two Rolex watches, one for my wife and one for my son, as birthday gifts from the Rolex store at İstinyePark. Despite following up every month for three years, I still haven’t received the watches. This delay is completely unacceptable and has caused me immense frustration. I suspect the watches I ordered may have been sold to others, and I demand an investigation into this matter.
Rolex is a brand known for its quality and prestige, but this experience has tarnished my trust. I feel humiliated as a father and husband for failing to deliver these gifts. I will escalate this issue to Rolex internationally and pursue a resolution at the highest level. This situation is unworthy of the Rolex reputation.
