Timberland Boots Faded After 2 Wears – No Help from Service Team

I purchased a pair of Timberland boots from SuperStep, and after only the second wear, the color started fading. I sent them in for service twice, but each time, they were returned without any repairs, citing “user error.” I’m genuinely confused as to how merely wearing the boots could have caused this issue. They weren’t exposed to any chemicals and were only used outdoors for regular daily activities.

Considering I paid around 200 euros at the exchange rate two years ago, I expected far better quality. This was not a budget purchase, yet the boots deteriorated almost immediately. I am asking SuperStep and Timberland to take responsibility and address this issue, as their response so far has been completely unsatisfactory.
