My Timberland Hiking Boots Ripped After 7 Months

17

About seven months ago, I bought a pair of hiking boots from Timberland's website. Despite their two-year warranty and high praise, the boots tore from the inside on both shoes. I sent them in for inspection, but they were returned with the explanation of "normal wear and tear." No repairs were made. Despite taking great care of the boots, they ripped within seven months. I'm disappointed with Timberland.
