Timberland Boots' Metal Accents Caused Severe Foot Pain
I purchased Timberland boots, and the metal accents on the front caused excruciating foot pain to the extent that walking became difficult. I tried wearing them for two days, but they caused blisters on my feet. I explained this issue at the SuperStep store, and they sent the boots for inspection. Unfortunately, my complaint was dismissed without any thorough examination (I believe it was not properly examined). They rejected it again when sent for a second inspection without considering my complaint. It's disappointing that they neither stand behind their products nor prioritize customer satisfaction.
The salespeople at the store didn't leave out anything when convincing me to buy the boots. In some conversations, when I asked about the fabric of the product, they even said, "The product has many features that you wouldn't understand even if I explained." They didn't hesitate to reflect their own ignorance to customers. I am dissatisfied with the company and have filed a complaint with the Arbitration Committee. I hope everyone understands the sales logic of Eren Retail's SuperStep.
