Timberland Boot Sole Issues - Discomfort and Poor Customer Service

I have a problem with the sole of my Timberland boots. After purchasing them, I felt a discomfort in my foot, so I checked under the soft insole. I clearly saw that there was a stitching repair on the left side, and the overlapping layers were causing the discomfort. I returned the boots to the Aqua Florya/SuperStep store within 15 days, and they were sent for inspection. However, I received a rejection response without any valid explanation.
I thought that by buying Timberland boots, I was investing in quality and value, but I have experienced that the brand's reputation is inflated and the quality has significantly declined. I can accept that there might be a manufacturing defect, but I was disappointed with the poor service after my return. The money I spent should have guaranteed better quality.
