Timberland Greenstride Motion 6 Boot Repair Request

On November 27, 2023, I submitted my Timberland Greenstride Motion 6 boots for repair or exchange due to a small thread coming undone. I provided the store with the documentation (Form No: 013500 1-R-7-904943) for the repair. However, 15 days later, I was informed that the boots had been destroyed. When I visited the store, they said they could not provide a replacement since they did not have the same boots in stock and could not issue a refund. Instead, they offered me to shop at the store for the equivalent amount.
Upon checking, I found that the alternative boots in the store were nearly double the price of what I originally paid. I request that my issue be resolved by providing me with a comparable pair of boots. Thank you.
