My Timberland Casual Shoes' Soles Split After 5 Months

In November 2022, I purchased a pair of Timberland casual shoes from a sports store, trusting the brand’s reputation and the lifetime warranty on the soles. Despite wearing them for only 5 months, both soles have split in half. I’ve contacted both Yalı Spor and Timberland to resolve this issue, but I’m still waiting for a solution. I’m requesting that my shoes be replaced or repaired under the warranty, as this is unacceptable for such a reputable brand.
