In November 2023, I purchased a pair of Timberland 6 Inch Premium men's boots (Order No. 8025106783) from the seller on Trendyol. The eyelet on the fourth hole from the bottom on the left boot came out and could not be reattached, resulting in an unsightly appearance. Despite this, I continued to wear them. A few months later, the eyelet on the same hole on the right boot also came out. This situation has become unacceptable for me, so I sent the boots back for at least a repair. However, they were returned to me in the same condition, with a claim that there was no manufacturing defect. I have serious doubts that they even bothered to inspect the boots. This is my third pair of Timberland boots; I still wear the other pairs. Timberland is known for offering warranties of 10, 20, or even 30 years on their products. I've never encountered such neglect before.
