I purchased a ticket to Seoul through Kiwi.com, but I received a notification that the ticket was canceled. When I requested a refund, no refund amount was displayed, and I only received an automated response stating that the process could take up to 14 days.

There is no direct representative to assist, no clear communication about the refund amount, and no way to reach a customer service agent. Even their provided phone numbers are inaccessible. This lack of support is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I demand immediate clarity on the refund amount and a resolution to this issue. Kiwi.com must improve its customer service and provide proper channels for communication and accountability.
