EDreams Canceled My Antalya-Moldova Flight Without Notice and I Can’t Reach Support

I purchased a flight ticket from Antalya to Moldova through EDreams for €46, and shortly after booking, I received a confirmation. However, just one day later, I got an email saying that my ticket had been canceled—without any prior notice or explanation.

Despite the cancellation, the platform still shows that I’m “waiting for confirmation,” which is completely misleading. I’ve since tried to contact the airline Mavi Gök, but reaching a real person has been impossible. I’ve called every customer service number listed, only to be met with poorly automated messages and no real support. The entire system feels unprofessional and unreliable.
