Thrifty Car Rental Has Not Refunded My Security Deposit

On July 12, 2025, I rented an Opel Crossland from the Thrifty office in Pythagorion, Samos. Even though I returned the vehicle in good condition with no issues, I am still having problems getting my $1,047 security deposit refunded. My Thrifty reservation number is D011182894, and my confirmation number is GR548F**.

The rental office informed me that my security deposit would be refunded within one month. However, a significant amount of time has passed, and I still have not received the refund.

I contacted Thrifty customer service about this issue, but I have not received any response for approximately one week.

I am requesting that my $1,047 security deposit be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
