Budget Vienna Failed to Refund €214 Deposit Despite Damage-Free Return
On 28.07.2025, I rented a car through Booking from the Budget office in Vienna. During the rental, €214 was charged to my credit card as a deposit. I returned the car without any issues, and no damage or extra charges were reported. However, despite the time that has passed, my deposit has not been refunded. I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding this matter, and although they said they were looking into it, no solution was provided and the refund has not been processed. My reservation number is 668251786. I request that my deposit be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible.
