Thrifty Car Rental Charged Excessive 327.60 Euro for Minor Paint Damage Without Proper Assessment

We rented a car from Thrifty Car Rental in Chios Island and unfortunately scratched the upper right corner of the rear bumper, causing about 4-5 cm of paint damage. There was no structural damage or cracking to the bumper. However, they charged us 327.60 Euros for this minor paint issue without any expert evaluation.

When I asked for a receipt or invoice proving the repair cost, they replied, "We do the repairs ourselves, and we do not provide invoices or expert reports." I still have their email responses. Considering that a complete replacement of the bumper costs only around 50 Euros and that the paint damage could have been repaired locally in about an hour, 327.60 Euros is an unreasonable amount for this repair.

I demand a refund for the overcharged amount and have already filed complaints with the relevant authorities.
