Sixt Created Invoice For Rental Car Damage Claim
I rented a car for 9 days on June 23 from Sixt rent a car in Switzerland. After returning, they sent an invoice of 585 CHF to my mail because there was a scratch on the rim. I did not have any accidents during my use, I do not know how the scratch happened or whether it happened before because they deliver the vehicle in a dark parking lot. It is ridiculous that such a big company does not include such small things in its insurance, instead, they send an invoice to the customer for more than the rental price. The cost of repair in the amount they want is 320 CHF, and the remaining 265 CHF is the cost of expertise and administrative work. The fact that a company whose job is to rent a car outsources this operation, asks for a repair fee without having the vehicle repaired, pays an expertise fee for this, and asks for money in the name of administrative work shows the bad intention of the company. I'm waiting for the company to fix my grievance.
