BDG Game ₹50,000 UPI Deposit Not Credited

On 11 July 2026 at around 10:07–10:08 am, I tried to deposit ₹50,000 into my BDG Game account with the username “HOODA” and UID 14232** using UPI. I copied the UPI ID given in the game and made the payment through PhonePe. The amount of ₹50,000 was successfully debited from my bank account via PhonePe and the transaction was completed. The PhonePe Transaction ID is T2607111008210666718728 and the UTR number is 419298284060. The payment went to “LOHAR ARJUN R***” (boim-664646655***@boi). However, the deposit failed on the BDG Game side and this money has not been credited to my game ID. My in‑game balance is still showing only ₹0.77 instead of the deposited amount. I also have a bank account statement and screenshots clearly showing that ₹50,000 was debited for this transaction and that the amount has not been reversed to my account. I urgently request that my ₹50,000 deposit be immediately added to my BDG Game ID “HOODA” (UID 14232***) without any further delay, or else the full amount should be refunded back to my original payment source as soon as possible.
