Amazon Account Recovery and Prime Membership Review Request

For years I have had an Amazon account that I regularly use, and I suddenly lost access to it even though I did not request any changes. Yesterday I received an email from Amazon stating that the email address linked to my account had been changed. I did not approve or request this change in any way, and after this message I can no longer sign in to my account. Because my email address appears to have been changed without my permission, I am very worried that my account may have been taken over by someone else. I also do not know what is happening with any active services such as my Prime membership or other subscriptions that may still be linked to this account. I request that Amazon urgently investigate this situation, check whether my account has been accessed or changed by an unauthorized person, and restore my account to me. I would like my original email address to be reinstated on the account, any unauthorized access or changes to be blocked, and clear information about the status of my memberships and any charges made during this period.
