Toppdf Credit Card Fraud – Unauthorized Withdrawal From Google Account

On August 22, 2025, I simply visited the Toppdf website to review the service terms and test a quick conversion process. However, without any confirmation or notification, a ₺1,599.00 payment was withdrawn from my card linked to my Google account. My order code is P687e4713e4b0593c5c37e548, and it shows that a membership was activated until September 22, 2025.

I was never informed about this membership or any subscription terms, and the payment was made without my consent. I emailed Toppdf customer support, clearly stating that I had no knowledge of or agreement to any membership, but I have not received any response so far.

I request the immediate refund of the ₺1,599.00 charge and demand clearer, more transparent communication from Toppdf regarding such transactions. This issue should be resolved as soon as possible to prevent further unauthorized charges and protect consumers from misleading practices.
