The North Face Hedgehog Futurelight Shoes Tearing Without Cause—Requesting Repair

I purchased a pair of The North Face Hedgehog Futurelight shoes in 2023 from the Sporthink store in Izmir Optimum Mall. I loved wearing them, but recently, the mesh upper has started tearing on its own, without any external damage or misuse.

I have owned several The North Face shoes in the past, and I have never experienced this issue before. Even though this is supposed to be an outdoor shoe, I have only worn it for commuting to work, so I do not believe this damage is due to regular wear and tear.

For the first time, both my spouse and I are disappointed with a The North Face product. I kindly request an inspection and repair of the damaged mesh upper. I expect The North Face to stand behind its quality and offer a solution!
