The North Face Litewave Futurelight Defective – Tears and Holes After Few Months
In November 2024, I purchased a pair of The North Face Litewave Futurelight shoes from Boyner, paying $203. I used the shoes daily for work — commuting by car and walking around the store where I work as a manager. However, over the last 3–4 months, both shoes have developed tears and holes in the metatarsal (upper front) area.
As a store manager who constantly interacts with customers, this creates a bad appearance and has significantly damaged my trust in the product’s quality.
I request that the shoes be evaluated under warranty and that I receive either a replacement or a refund. I have the purchase invoice, and I’m aware that the product carries a 2-year legal warranty. I haven’t yet contacted customer service, as I had a similar issue with another brand before and wasn’t helped. Therefore, I kindly ask that this situation be resolved and my grievance addressed.
