Unauthorised Transaction Without Initial Subscription - IQScore.ME

I recently used the iqscore.me/us website for an IQ test, which was clearly presented as a one‑time payment. I did not agree to or request any ongoing subscription or recurring payments. However, on 8 August I noticed that $14.99 was charged to my card by IQSCORE.ME/US without my approval. I was not informed about any subscription, and I did not receive any clear consent screen or confirmation indicating that I would be charged again after the test. I request that this $14.99 charge be fully refunded and that any existing or possible subscription linked to my card or account be cancelled immediately so that no further payments are taken in the future. I ask for written confirmation that the refund has been processed and the subscription has been cancelled.
