Testora Refund And Cancellation

In March 2026, I noticed that my bank card had been charged for a mobile app subscription to “Testora IQ quiz” that I never knowingly signed up for and for which I do not even have the app. Since then, there have been 3 months of unwanted subscription charges, with two separate transactions per month, for a total of 6 charges taken without my consent. I contacted my bank about these unauthorized payments, and they only denied or blocked the most recent charge for this month, but the previous 5 charges remain on my account. I have not received any satisfactory explanation as to how this subscription was started or why these amounts were taken. I request that the Testora subscription be immediately cancelled and that a full refund be issued for all 6 unauthorized charges taken from my bank card.
