Testora-pro-iq Subscription Charges Cannot Be Canceled

For the past two months, I have been charged $29.99 every week on my Apple Card for a transaction described as “Testora-pro-iq.” This charge does not appear anywhere under my Apple ID subscriptions, and I have not knowingly authorized or knowingly subscribed to any service under this name. I contacted Apple Card / Goldman Sachs customer service and clearly explained that these are recurring weekly charges I want to stop immediately. However, I was told that they cannot stop any further charges and that I have to resolve it “with the source,” which leaves me still being billed against my wishes and without any direct way to cancel. I am requesting that all future “Testora-pro-iq” charges on my Apple Card be cancelled immediately and that any active recurring payment or subscription related to this merchant be fully blocked so that no further amounts can be taken from my account without my explicit consent.
