Immediately Cancel Testora Unsolicited Subscription
I am writing regarding two unexpected debits from a service called Testora that appeared on my Mastercard. On March 27 I was charged 6.93 USD and on April 4 I was charged 39.98 USD. I did not intend to purchase anything from this service. I remember seeing a Testora test, but as soon as I realized there was a payment involved, I closed it and did not confirm or authorize any payment or subscription. Despite this, these amounts were still debited from my card. The transactions appear as “restoration-iq-app” on my statement, and I have not received any confirmation emails or invoices. When I tried to contact the support email I found, my message bounced back, and I could not reach anyone. There is no clear way to access any account settings or subscription management on their website, so I am unable to cancel or review whatever may have been created in my name. I request a full refund of both transactions (6.93 USD and 39.98 USD), the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service linked to my Mastercard through Testora or “restoration-iq-app,” and the permanent blocking of any future charges from this service to my card. I am based in Australia and expect this situation to be investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
