I Demand Refund for Misleading Testora-IQ-App Subscription Charges

I am writing regarding multiple unauthorized charges made by “Testora-IQ-App” through their website, which I do not recognize as an approved subscription and which I never knowingly agreed to as a recurring service. In total, approximately 800 SEK has been taken from my account via Apple Pay connected to my debit card. The charges I have identified so far are 64 SEK on 09/02, 371.66 SEK on 23/02, and 386.30 SEK on 30/02. I was not clearly informed that this would be a recurring subscription, and the way the payment was presented was, in my opinion, misleading. I feel that I was tricked into ongoing payments rather than making a one‑time purchase. After noticing these withdrawals, I contacted Apple Pay and my bank to question and dispute the charges. However, I have not been able to reach Testora-IQ-App directly, as I have not been able to find any customer service contact information for them. I request that this subscription be cancelled immediately, that all future charges be stopped, and that all of the above transactions be refunded, as I did not knowingly approve any recurring payments. I expect these amounts to be returned to my account and the issue to be investigated so that similar misleading charges do not occur again.
