Requesting Immediate Refund - Testora

I live in Washington State, USA and recently discovered that Testora IQ App has been billing my card $39.98 per month without my clear authorization. On my bank statement, the billing description shows that TESTORA lists its U.S. billing as residing in Delaware. I noticed two separate charges: the first on April 18 and the second on May 18. I never knowingly subscribed to any service from this company, and I do not remember ever providing my credit card details to them. The type of tests they appear to offer is not something I would have intentionally purchased, and I believe the IQ test I took was with a different site, MyIQ.com, which did cancel but did not issue any refund. After seeing similar complaints about Testora IQ online, I immediately wrote to them at [email protected] with the subject “Immediate Cancellation and Refund Request”. In that email, I requested the immediate cancellation of any subscription linked to my account and card ending in 1190, asked for written confirmation that no future charges would occur, and requested a refund of all unauthorized recurring charges. Shortly after sending this email, the May 18 charge of $39.98 was refunded, but the earlier April 18 charge has not been refunded so far. I have not yet contacted my bank or card issuer, as I am still investigating how my information was obtained and how these charges were initiated. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining April 18 charge of $39.98 and written confirmation that any and all subscriptions or recurring payments associated with my details have been permanently canceled. I also expect a clear explanation of how my card information was used to create these recurring charges without my informed consent, so that I can take precautions and avoid similar issues in the future.
