Testora IQ Test Charged Me Twice and Never Provided My Results

I used the Testora-Iq-app website to take a one-time IQ test and paid 29.99 dollars with my bank card directly on their site. Despite this being presented as a single test and not a subscription, I have now been charged 29.99 dollars twice, on April 26 and May 26 of this year. I also never received my IQ test scores after completing the test. At no point during the payment process was there any clear information about a subscription, recurring payment, or automatic renewal, yet the same amount has been taken from my account on two separate dates. I have tried to find a phone number or a proper contact channel for Testora-Iq-app to resolve this issue, but I have not been able to find any way to reach them. I request a full refund of both 29.99 dollar charges and an immediate cancellation of any current or future payments linked to my card for Testora-Iq-app, as I only intended to pay once for a single test and did not receive the service result as promised.
